Very helpful, when things are not so great.

Attorney Pamela Fernandez, really cares about her clients and will do everything to workout a payment plan. She fought and got all charges against me dismissed. I hope that I will never need her again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to pick up the phone and call her. I highly recommend her.....I am... not a paid actor, just a real client!

Awesome lawyer! Takes your case very serious!

Pamela is a great lawyer I am a 21 year old college student and was arrested for a DWI in September of 2014, I have NEVER been arrested in my life so it was a very scary situation I was put in. I was scared that my life was going to be effected for the next 5 years with a DWI, but Pamela did a gre...at job making sure that did not happen! She took my case very serious and took note of every detail that went wrong in my case, she even extended the court dates until she had every piece of evidence that the court or whomever had against me. Pamela and her assistant always answered their phones or replied to my questions within 24 hours and never left me hanging which made me feel very comfortable about my case when I was stressing a lot about it. She also presented herself very professional every time we went to court which really means a lot, and shows that she takes her job very serious. Pamela got my DWI lowered to an obstruction of highway, which is MUCH better than a DWI. I would highly recommend Pamela to anyone. I cannot thank her enough for what she did for me.

Amazing!

There are not enough superlatives to describe the amazing job, she did... I've used Pamela's service within the year of 2014, and had a possession of marijuana charge and she was able to get it dismissed.. I really appreciate the time and effort she placed on helping me... Simply amazing

Assault against a familu member

Pam got my assault against a family member case dismissed on the day we were supposed to go to trial. My spiteful neighbor called the police when my wife and me were arguing and they arrested me even when my wife told them I had not hit her. The state refused to dismissed my case and Pam set the case... for trial and they wound up dismissing the case on ther day we were supposed to have the trial.

Great legal experience.

I hired Pamela when my 18 year old Autistic son was charged with Criminal Trespassing. The minors that he was with all had the charges dropped but the DA decided to continue the case against my son. Pam did additional research on Asperger's Syndrome so she could understand his condition. She made h...im feel comfortable with her and relieved his fears and anxiety. She fought very hard for his rights and even agreed to take the matter to a jury trial when the DA wanted to play hard ball. Due to Pamela's willingness to go the extra distance my sons charges were reduced and his record will be expunged as soon as the necessary amount of time passes. I have seen her in action in the court room and she is someone you want on your side. Her office staff was also very helpful. They all made the experience much less traumatic.
