I hired Doug to file my citizenship. I paid him in full. At the end of my interview I was requested by Immigration to provide tax return transcripts for the past five years including tax payment plans for all taxes owed to the IRS. I went to the IRS and did that. I gave the paperwork to Doug. After ...weeks of not answering my calls and giving me the runaround and after the deadline had passed by Immigration to hand in my tax documents Doug then claimed I gave him the wrong documents and for $300 more he can get the right documents for me. This was a scam to get more money out of me. The documents I gave him were the right ones. When I requested a copy of what exactly he filed from him he told me to leave his office or he would call the police. After I received my letter stating the time and date of my oath ceremony he called me and threatened to sue me for unpaid legal services. There was no unpaid legal services. He is extremely rude and his staff are too. He looses your paperwork and then tries to blame you. Don’t hire him.

This Lawyer never give me paper work of what he file...My husband and I was biting our tongues a lot of times not to tell this lawyer how we felt....the way he act in front of us we could tell he's mean and nasty... so we just got fed up, and spoke our minds and he flipped out on us... he told us if ...we wasn't happy we can go somewhere else....I asked him is that what he wanted and he said yes... I broke down it hurts in the middle of taking our money for waiver and other fees...he also took 300 to renew my husband working permit but he never filed the paperwork and how we found that out I called USCIS myself and they said nothing was ever filed he told us my husband new card went to our old address so he lied we told him did he changed address never answer response to our voicemail so I went online and figure out how to change myself only call when he think you own him money or if immigration come knocking at your door because he know he about to get more money from us he charge 2500 for waiver we gave him over 1300 he took the money and cash checks if you have this lawyer make sure they right on the receipt pacifically what you gave them the money for check before you leave office because he put lawyer fees on receipts and that wasn't lawyer fees it was for other things that we paid him for this lawyer please and I mean please he aware do not hire him

I hired this lawyer on 2/28/2017 and paid him $1000 dollars for the accessibility of an online immigration form for my children.Once the Check was cashed,its very difficult to get him on the phone.Almost as if he got the Payment so stay away from his Office.He is always blaming you for everything and... missing your important documents.Very Irresponsible and arrogant.Will NEVER recommend him to anyone.

he took my case never reply back for any email and sometimes when he feels like , miss my important notices never give important documents back to me always blame me for no reason ,i went there to meet him he just literally miss guide me and hang up calls when you are there . being mean all the time ...feel like i am bagging him all the time always forget about your case you have to make him remind . seriously i must suggest never hire this guy he will mess your case and leave you hang in in there he don't even care. worse decision of my life that i gave him my case .

we have been waiting for our extension docs to be sent and received a letter saying that there are missing docs (that we have given to Mr. Douglas) when we called the office they asked to call in 30 mins almost 5 times - when he DID answer he just hung up the call on me !! sure, he got he the paymen...t. stay away from this office
