Daniel MacQueen Hanifin

I received my first DUI back in October 2018 and hired Dan to work my case. In addition to being very knowledgeable about the DUI court process and knowing how to work the PA law system, Dan went above and beyond for me when working my case; when my BAC results came back at my preliminary hearing and... was found to be a borderline result of the lowest tier, Dan went out of his way to try to get my charges dropped by talking personally to the DA. Dan is the type of lawyer who you can find a friend in and trust completely to give you the best advice during the court process. He won't treat his clients as just numbers and takes the initiative to understand them which I feel most lawyers don't care to do, but should do. I was shocked at how little he did for my case. I truly feel that if he could have styed in his chair and "phoned it in" he would have. He relies way too much on plea bargains and turns away from putting any effort into a case. He deals in quantity of cases not in quality of defending your case. O...ther attorneys have said that I was not represented very well. He claims to have an "exclusive criminal practice" yet even on Avvo he lists divorce and general litigation.
