Dan HANIFIN did an amazing job helping me with my case. was able to get felony reduced to a misdemeanor and that enabled me to get back into school.He made the whole process very smooth and easy to understand every step of the way. I was facing very serious felony charges for a poor choice I made and Dan Hanifin worked very hard on my case over several months and was able to negotiate a most favorable deal with the DA, I ended up with a couple of minor summary offenses and a very small fine. I had a case and i feel he is a decent man and worked out a good deal with horrible aston police..but the judge diane holefelder was dreadful and got really really angry when police told her about my behavior and the story was portraying me in a dreadful light and she went on and on and told mr. Hani...fin not to bring me back to her courtroom for a summary charge like i was charles manson...and then i was told to b quiet when i wanted to pay total fine and when i called court to get address to send fine i got chastised by hanifin. Geez louise..i was prompt in paying hanifin and just wanted to pay fine and b done with this whole sordid affair and judge holefelder intimidated him and he was not assertive enuf to stand up for me... the circumstances were unique and he seemed afraid of this alpha female judge. But he is a really nice guy.
