I received my first DUI back in October 2018 and hired Dan to work my case. In addition to being very knowledgeable about the DUI court process and knowing how to work the PA law system, Dan went above and beyond for me when working my case; when my BAC results came back at my preliminary hearing and... was found to be a borderline result of the lowest tier, Dan went out of his way to try to get my charges dropped by talking personally to the DA. Dan is really excellent at working the DA's office when initial ARD applications are rejected. I already had some misdemeanor offenses, but Dan was able to convince the DA that I was worthy of the ARD program. Because of Dan's fine work, I will be able to get employed once again as employers cannot ...reject job applicants when charges are in pending status according to CHRIA laws. Under the ARD program, DUI charges are eventually dropped and expunged....and the original charges remain "pending" for 1 year.
