I unfortunately put myself in a undesirable predicament on a Friday night. On Sunday afternoon I called many lawyers that handled my current situation. Of all of the lawyers I called, Patrick Quinn Associates answered my call on a Sunday afternoon. He quickly assess my situation. I was impressed by h...is knowledge and his positive attitude. The very next day he sent an associate to go over details and gather more information. After a course of a few months and a couple court dates my end result was a positive one. I feel his price was reasonable and My outcome was what I was hoping for. I have no problem recommending Pat Quinn Associates to anyone that had the same unfortunate situation that I had.

The day after my traffic stop and OVI charge it felt like the world had crashed down on me. I had never been in this situation and had no idea what to do. While I was picking up my car from the impound lot an employee there gave me a business card for Patrick Quinn. Calling Patrick Quinn ended up bei...ng the best decision I could have made at that difficult time. It was a Saturday when I called and Patrick answered my call immediately. He listened to my story patiently. He explained his background and experience with OVI cases. He made no promises, but stated he would do everything in his power to get the DUI dropped to a lesser charge or possibly dismissed. He put me at ease during a very stressful time. He mentioned that he was traveling to California for an OVI Testing conference and couldn't meet with me right away, but he would have an associate meet with me ASAP. The very next day his associate, Ron, came to my home to go over the nuts and bolts of my defense. It ends up that I made the right choice in hiring Patrick Quinn. Over the past couple of months I’ve learned that Patrick is highly respected by the courts and police departments as an expert in the field of OVI testing procedures and in OVI defense cases. And when he walked into the court for my pretrial I noticed immediately that he had the attention and respect of the prosecutor and judge. Patrick was able to show that some injuries I had gotten on my job made it difficult for me to successfully perform the roadside sobriety tests. And because he had carefully looked over the police video from the night of my arrest, he was able to prove that I had mentioned that to the officer just before the tests were administered. Patrick was able to get my OVI reduced to a non-alcohol related charge of Reckless Operation. I work for the government and an OVI conviction would have ended my career and made it very difficult for me to find comparable employment. Patrick came through for me when I was fighting for my livelihood and future. I highly recommend Patrick Quinn for your OVI case.

I will start by saying that this happened July 2, 2015 and I am still in proceedings... I contacted Mr. Quinn the next day and he made a point to personally visit me at my home to discuss this matter! He made it very clear that he is an aggressive and very knowledgeable attorney that has specialized ...over the years in OVI arrests. He seems VERY knowledgeable, experienced and has the credentials of being a VERY VERY GOOD Lawyer! That being said, I am about only 19 days from arrest...so far, him and his staff are VERY informative and courteous, keeping me up to date on everything! I will definitely write another review when this ordeal is complete. What I can say right now is that Mr. Quinn is very smart and extremely qualified for the job! I had many resources and contacts and they have all led me to believe that he is highly skilled in OVI arrests. Like the other reviews, Mr. Quinn told me not to stress or worry....of course I'm not listening and I'm TOTALLY freaked out about this...I am trying. I have faith knowing that my lawyer is top notch and will help me the best that I can. He hasn't made any promises, like some may...which would be a red flag from the start! When I asked around and did my research, I can honestly say that I couldn't find a LPA with better experience, knowledge and reputation as Mr. Quinn. I move forward (stressed out of course) knowing that, which gives me probably the only relief to my nerves. I would DEFINITELY recommend him! I will post again when the results are in! HIGHLY recommend!!! Mr. Quinn was extremely professional and very compassionate, instantly set my mind at ease. Told me with great confidence not to worry and now I know why he is excellent at what he does. Mr. Quinn was able to get a sentence reduce to a third of what I was expecting. His offic...e staff is also exceptional and informative. If you have to get a lawyer I would say look no further you just found one.

Patrick was very knowledgeable in his field, and honest when answering questions. The outcome of the case came almost exactly as he described the first time I spoke with him, before he even read my full file or spoke with a prosecutor. He negotiated my dual hit skip, obstruction of justice and high t...ier OVI down to a low tier and failure to control. Without him I am sure I would be sitting in a cell right now. He is approachable and made me feel like I was in good hands the whole way through the process. He understands that good people make bad decisions, and does not hold that over your head. He is very networked in the area, and seems to rub elbows with the right people. The only negative thing I can say is he was not able to make it to my final day in court. BUT he had just started a jury trial and was required to be there for that, AND sent a very qualified and knowledgeable lawyer in his stead. Overall Patrick turned a terrible situation into a bearable one. If i could describe Mr. Quinn in three words i would use: Experienced, Trustworthy and Omniscient
