A nice person, an "OK" lawyer.
Jane assisted me with a complex intra-state Custody and Child Support series of litigations. She has a very sweet demeanor which makes her a pleasure to work with, but does not hold up well in court. A few times she appeared too timid when in front of the judge and was easily bullied by an agressiv...

Replied last April 20, 2011Being polite to a judge should not be confused with timidity. The judge was clearly intent on doing what she perceived to be right in the case which was not what my client was seeking to do. Sometimes the facts just don't take you where you want to do.
