We had chosen Tom as our real estate lawyer and were not disappointed. We had a crazy closing during Covid 19 and Tom and his staff were amazing. Made this time less stressful and answered all our concerns promptly. We would totally recommend him and his office. They went over and beyond to make ...my closing seem less. Thanks Tom and Sandi and the rest of the staff.

We hired Thomas to help us close our first home. It was a bad experience. Thomas did not have time to respond to our emails, and he constantly delayed the signing of contract by being the bottleneck in the communication between the parties. He did not review the documents correctly, and in spite of... our repeated requests to change a few contingencies in the contract, did not change them. He stated the loan amount on the contract wrongly, which can just mean that he copy pasted the addendum from elsewhere and did not proofread. Buying a house is a full time job, please don't make your experience worse by working with Thomas.

I hired him to prepare documents for my small claims case. He was slow to respond to my emails and was very slow to work on what I consider very straight forward job He filled in the wrong form such that my filing was rejected and I need to refile. He also made many mistakes on the documents. H...e even got the date of the incident wrong. When I asked him to fix, he didn't reply until I threaten to report him to my legal plan. I suggest you look else where.

Used Mr. Koehl for a few different matters. Even with his hectic court schedule, I always found that he was able to get back to me in a reasonable time frame whether by phone or email. I have also recommended him to many others whom have also been just as satisfied. Overall he is an honest person ...who does not try to sugar coat what he feels the outcome of your matter may be. Hard to find that these days....
