We hired Thomas to help us close our first home. It was a bad experience. Thomas did not have time to respond to our emails, and he constantly delayed the signing of contract by being the bottleneck in the communication between the parties. He did not review the documents correctly, and in spite of... our repeated requests to change a few contingencies in the contract, did not change them. He stated the loan amount on the contract wrongly, which can just mean that he copy pasted the addendum from elsewhere and did not proofread. Buying a house is a full time job, please don't make your experience worse by working with Thomas.

I hired him for a real estate purchase transaction. Like other attorneys i have dealt with, he rarely had time for me. His two assistants are very responsive but can be aggressive to you. Because he did not have time for me, his comments on the contracts were reflective of the amount of time he had s...pent. You have to check the language by yourself. Do not use his title company. His title company caused me so much trouble and made so many mistakes i truly regretted being nice to say yes when he asked me to use his title company.
