Overall great experience
Hired Mr. Koehl to handle our buy/sell. Was amazing how he fought to coordinate the closings. Always kept us appraised by phone or email. I dont think he ever sleeps

We hired Thomas to help us close our first home. It was a bad experience. Thomas did not have time to respond to our emails, and he constantly delayed the signing of contract by being the bottleneck in the communication between the parties.
