Nicholas P Milewski

I was wrongfully terminated from my job. I was assigned Nicholas Milewski through my union. From day one I had to contact Milewski and the union business agent George Burr multiple times. Neither party did their homework on my case and Burr did not even show up. Milewski Never contacted me prior to t...he case to prep nor did he even give me the zoom link the day before court. The day of court Milewski paused for long periods of time in between questioning and he let Adam Spanbauer an advid TikToker get smart with him. Milewski performed as if he just woke up the day of the hearing and just read notes that morning. He asked questions left to answers that were not productive to me. For example, Milewski asked my ex boss why didn't me let him ride in the car with him the day I was being reprimanded. Their answer was I could have been a threat, Horrible questioninging Milewski did not go over any evidence that was prepared for him nor did he forward the evidence to the arbitrator. I do not recommend METS SCHIRO & MCGOVERN, LLP to anyone. Nor do I recommend business agent George Burr from Teamster local 97 in Clark, He never bothered to even show up to my hearing he never bothered to inform me of my recent hearing results, he knew the results for two weeks and his excuse was that he thought I CCed on the email . It was a horrible.
