I have been involved in 3 cases involving children and immediate family, from family law to personal injury. The three cases were handled by 3 different attorneys, from small firms to larger firms. None of them had the necessary skills to maneuver through my complex divorce case, so I decided that I should try Mark. I hit the jackpot. Mark got through my complicated divorce case with precision and good will. He got me the deal I was looking for, even though my spouse had the upper hand. My case could only have been handled by experienced family lawyers, and I can affirm that Mark is truly one of the elite attorneys. The best part is, it was all at an affordable price!

Usually, Mr. Guralnick handles bigger kinds of cases, so I know he was going out of his way when he helped me with a speeding ticket. I had been charged with driving 46 miles per hour in a 25 mph zone.
This was a 4-point violation, but he got the charge changed and the points sliced in half. I must say, I was very nervous because I use my vehicle every single day for work, and I could not afford to get any more tickets. Mr. Guralnick placed me at ease and handled the situation very professionally at a very reasonable price.

With Mark S. Guralnick as our family's lawyer, we were able to pursue a judgment that our family had against a business that destroyed the property next to our family business.
Not that this was simple, mind you. The guy who owed us the money tried everything in his power to avoid paying us. He slipped through the cracks and then ran from us when we tried to sue him. He tried to hide in New York, but Mr. Guralnick found him there.
We are thankful for Mr. Guralnick's advice and his efforts at going after the judgment for us. We will recommend him to any business or individual requiring legal services.

I was involved in a multi-car pile-up on a major highway that tied up rush-hour traffic for several hours. My car was totaled. Police did not witness the accident, but they certainly witnessed the aftermath. The way the cars landed, and the way the debris was situated all over the road could very well have led to the conclusion that I caused the accident.
I telephone Mark Guralnick right from the accident scene. I have known Mark for several years as the answer-man when it comes to virtually any kind of legal problem, and frankly I didn't want to say or do the wrong thing when police arrived. He counseled me immediately on what to do and what NOT to do. He told me what to say, and more importantly what NOT to say.
Luckily, nobody was seriously injured in this car accident. Like I said, my car was wrecked, but at least I was able to get timely, intelligent legal advice from an expert. Mark Guralnick gets five stars for his quick response in an emergency situation.

Domestic Violence -- you hear about it every day, but you don't expect it to hit home. But it did, it hit my home! To be exact, my boyfriend hit ME in the face at my home. And in a matter of minutes, I found myself injured, and I saw my boyfriend being carted off by the police. My children were hysterical, and our lives were turned upside down.
Let me tell you, I would not have emerged from this situation with any sanity at all if it weren't for Mark Guralnick. Mark gave me immediate advice on how to handle the police, the courts, the custody and support situation that followed and all of the incidental issues.
I could have very well become a basket case at any moment because this was a very emotional situation. But Mark Guralnick kept me on track. He focused me on my children, my health, my responsibilities, my obligations. He kept me fully informed about how the domestic violence court procedures would work. Some lawyers are all business, but I believe Mark has a real interest in making sure his clients succeed. He is my guiding light.

Mark S. Guralnick saved my life. My wife defrauded me by tricking me into signing divorce papers. I did not realize what I was signing at the time. I admit that this my fault -- I should have gotten a lawyer much sooner.
When I met Mark, he applied his sharp investigative skills to re-open my divorce case. He tracked down the notary public who notarized our papers. She testified that exactly what my wife had done to mislead me into signing the papers. We pieced it all together and we were able to show the judge.
In the end, we were able to strike a much better deal for me. I am very thankful for Mark's fine service, his legal skills, and his investigative techniques.

I hired this lawyer to help me with my custody case but after few days i was able to worked things out myself and didn't need him after all. During those few days, he never call me to inform me what other party has said or so. It is a mandatory to inform a client and show interest in a case.
The reason why I'm rating him bad is because even though he didn't really work for me I hired and paid him to help me with my case but I'm unable to reach him and get my retainer back. All I hear from his secretary is that he's busy and he'll get back to me and that he's very well aware that I want my money back. Really?!
Well maybe he'll get back to me once he returns from sunny Florida where he is visiting at this moment as his secretary told me. Let's see how long more it will take him and how many times I'll have to call to get my money back. I don't think it's that hard to write a check,is it? If Mr. Guralnick is that busy i don't thing he should be taking another cases and waste people's time and money!
If I need a lawyer again I'll find a different one.

Mark S. Guralnick and his law firm managed to dissect a very complicated child custody case for me, on very short notice, and led me to victory on all counts. My ex-husband and I have been in a bitter custody dispute for a long time. Our fight involves visitation hours, improper sleeping arrangements, conflicts between the children, family therapy issues, reimbursement of medical expenses, request for mandatory parenting classes, and the involvement of child protective services, a child with mental illness and other questions.
Like I said, this was a complicated case. The Guralnick firm attacked it head-on, calling me at day and at night and gathering all the information that was needed to prepare for court. We were successful in front of the judge, but in my opinion, that's because the lawyers were extremely well-prepared, armed with the evidence and ready to do battle when we got to the courtroom.

My husband and I were married in 1984, approximately 30 years ago. We had three children. Our oldest child is disabled by epilepsy, depression and other afflictions. She is highly medicated. Meanwhile, although my husband is in a far better financial position than I am, he refused to contribute to household expenses and to support our children. Our mortgage was not paid for more than half a year.
That's when I called Mark S. Guralnick. His law firm went to work like an emergency squad, dealing with our home and addressing all of our financial affairs. While my husband persisted in refusing to pay anything, Mark filed motions in court and went to bat for me to obtain the relief we needed.
Life has thrown me a few curves, but I must say that I would not have been able to navigate those curves without the assistance of this fine lawyer.
