Mark S Guralnick

Mr. Mark S. Guralnick was consulted by me to review a potential case involving international intellectual property rights. I invented a new industrial process to be used by a major corporation near Budapest, Hungary where I was working. The company thanked me for my innovation, and now they are appar...ently applying my new process throughout the world. I know for a fact that they are using the process in their plants in the USA. I should have received a bonus for creating this new process. In fact, it seemed to me that I should have some intellectual property rights for being the actual "inventor" of the process. But the company gave me nothing. Mr. Mark focus me on the international laws that apply to this kind of situation. He reviewed my employment contract with me. He provided very useful advice.

Did we or did we not have a malpractice case? That's the question. We needed somebody who appreciated the fine details of our case, and Mark S. Guralnick was the man for the job. The case involved my father who died following an illness. We believed that the medical complications that led to his de...ath arose in the ambulance that took him to the hospital. Mr. Guralnick was professional, and at the same time, he was very easy to talk to.

Mark S. Guralnick gave me guidance on my divorce and support questions which involved a number of international law questions. Where I live, I could not find an international family law expert such as Mark. There are family-divorce advocates and solicitors in Europe, and there are also a few special...ist lawyers in international law. Mark is two lawyers in one because he understands family law and international law, and he was able to pinpoint the real problems I was facing. He had me provide him with my paperwork. In exchange, he provided me with a crash course in the law. He slowy interpreted my documents and offered me advice. I wish I could say that my life got easier-- it did not -- because in truth, what Mark explained to me meant that I had much more work to do in my case. I'm glad I got this advice when I got it, because in the end, I was much more prepared for the fight that followed.

Mr. Guralnick provided me with very good advice on starting a U.S.-based business with international distribution and sales contracts. I contacted him on the advice of another one of his clients because he is qualified to practice law in the U.K. which is where we intend to set up a receiving port. ...My discussions with Mr. Guralnick have caused me to return to my investors and to hold another discussion concerning funding and finances. I now appreciate that there are quite a few steps that I was unaware of. Mr. Guralnick also walked me through the Foreign Corruption Practices Act because some of our regular practices could be misconstrued as "corruption", and we certainly don't won't to violate the law in any way. I will not hesitate to return to Mr. Guralnick for our future questions and needs.
