We had a lawyer that broke his leg and it seemed that something was going on with his ability to follow the process. Having only two weeks to close, we had to switch. I got Mr Cohen's contact from a friend who ensured me this lawyer is the best he worked with. We immediately learned that that he inde...ed is. Was all the time available to answer our questions, and, as the first home buyers, we had a lot of them. He responded to every question in a very clear way. He was able to solve one difficult case in the whole process, and patiently waited for our mistakes to be fixed. At the end everything was completed on time despite other lawyers we talked with were claiming it was impossible. I guess not with this lawyer :)

In addition to being knowledgeable and professional, I was extremely impressed with his prompt responsiveness - I did not wait more than a half business day to hear back from him.... He is also a great listener! Upon engagement, he provided a publication on what to expect in the closing process that was very helpful and spot-on. As we approached the actual closing date, he provided direction on final steps i.e., cancellation of utilities, wire transfer instructions, etc., which kept the process on track. His paralegal staff was very competent, very pleasant, and genuinely interested in making sure the transaction would take place as planned. I always felt that nothing would fall between the cracks with Marc's oversight. We were extremely pleased with the handling of the entire transaction. We cannot recommend Marc and staff highly enough!!
