This man should not work with people. He is unresponsive and useless. He made our home sale a nightmare. The other reviews have to be fake. I never leave reviews but he is terrible and I want to save someone else from this experience. He does not care how stressful this process is on people. H...e is rude and condescending and not knowledgeable. Caused many delays through entire process by ignoring everyone’s calls and emails. Everyone involved was very frustrated by him.

We just worked with Marc Cohen on our purchase of a home in Clark, NJ. Mr. Cohen was very knowledgeable and friendly and put us at ease during this very stressful time. He and Susan, his paralegal, went above and beyond our expectations in handling the purchase of our home. Every time I called in, I... received a professional and timely response for each issue that I had. He was always available to speak with and he took the time to thoroughly explain and answer our questions (and we had many). He directed us on what we had to on our part and also gave great advice during the negotiations. His prices are extremely reasonable, and the time he put into the job with us was exceptional. I highly recommend using Marc Cohen.
