I am a 4 decade practicing attorney, former partner in my State's largest law firm, and founding partner of a 15 person financial law firm who wanted the real estate from my Mom's passing dealt with outside of my firm. The real estate was part of a trust established by my parents (both deceased) le...aving me and my siblings as co-trustees. Marc and his staff handled the entirety of the transaction professionally and efficiently, making my job as liaison for my siblings easy. There were the usual twists and turns to closing, and Marc kept me continually informed, always proffering sound advice. When we finally got to the closing, it was handled without issue, and funds were received promptly. I am not a casual grader. I give him high marks for his efforts, and would recommend him without hesitation.

This man should not work with people. He is unresponsive and useless. He made our home sale a nightmare. The other reviews have to be fake. I never leave reviews but he is terrible and I want to save someone else from this experience. He does not care how stressful this process is on people. H...e is rude and condescending and not knowledgeable. Caused many delays through entire process by ignoring everyone’s calls and emails. Everyone involved was very frustrated by him.

We just completed our third real estate transaction with Marc's office and there's a reason we keep coming back. Marc and his paralegal, Susan, are a fantastic team. They're incredibly responsive to emails and calls, in fact, often Marc himself will answer the phone if you call the office. He's qu...ick to reply and stays on top of your deal as if you're his only client (and you're certainly not). This most recent deal was not an easy one - the other side was incredibly incompetent and non-responsive and the deal was hanging on by a thread. Marc was clear about our options, guided us when we needed advice, provided emotional support on tough days and was demanding and firm with the other side when it came time to issue ultimatums. In the end the deal closed, a month late, but that was all due to the buyer's side. Marc's office stayed late on the last Friday of the month to ensure our wire was transmitted and we had everything we needed post-closing. Marc and his team are worth every penny you will spend to have him represent you. You will have competence, peace of mind and the knowledge that your deal is in the best hands possible.
