I have used Marc for the purchase of 3 homes and the sale of 1. When I was first purchasing a condo, I had no clue about the overall home buying process. Not only did he educate me, but he was very patient, and really supported me as a young client. Fast forward to the purchase of a family home and n...ow our forever home, I have full trust and confidence in Marc and his staff and the experience has been nothing but amazing each time. I highly recommend Marc and his practice!

We used Marc for the purchase of our new home after a less than stellar experience on the sale of our prior home. Marc is absolutely awesome. He has patience and is willing to take the time to talk you through things and explain them to you without making you feel like you’re incompetent (can’t say t...he same for all lawyers). At the same time, he does tell it to you like it is and is very honest, which was refreshing. He is also great at providing tips and insight and industry expertise. He took the time after our purchase to follow up with us as well. As this is now our third home purchase, I can definitely say Marc is great at what he does and would highly recommend him to anyone in need!!!

This man should not work with people. He is unresponsive and useless. He made our home sale a nightmare. The other reviews have to be fake. I never leave reviews but he is terrible and I want to save someone else from this experience. He does not care how stressful this process is on people. H...e is rude and condescending and not knowledgeable. Caused many delays through entire process by ignoring everyone’s calls and emails. Everyone involved was very frustrated by him.

Marc and Susan were fantastic for us; on top of every aspect of our sale, great at communicating and easy to work with. Most importantly, when issues came up they negotiated successfully in a firm yet fair way and ultimately ensured our transaction closed on our chosen day. Definitely recommend! Than...ks again
