Katherine A Suplee

Ms. Suplee is not recommended by me at all. She was very rude and made me feel like a fool. She gave me a load of wrong information and if I had listened to her instead of following my instincts, I would have lost my house. After consulting another attorney, it was confirmed to me about how right ...I was to drop her.

Made me feel stupid... did not answer any of my questions. Told me I was not eligible for chapter 7 bankruptcy and that i would have to file chapter 13 (which is more than double the fee for chapter 7, so im guessing she just wanted to get paid more). Told me i should probably get a second job as wel...l as sell my car and move into a cheaper apartment. Was rude when I asked questions and did not answer any of the questions I had. Got a second opinion from another lawyer who was super nice and answered all my questions and did not make me feel stupid, as well as filed me for chapter 7 (which i was eligible for!)

She answered all of my questions, explained the process thoroughly, was responsive throughout the process and was conscientous. I recommend her highly. I read the two other reviews and I don't know what they are talking about...maybe they didn't hear what they wanted to hear and so they trashed a g...ood lawyer. Too bad for them...she did great by me and made a bad experience about as pleasant as it could be. By the way, I consulted two other attorneys and picked her because I thought she was most knowledgeable and honest with me about how successful this would be for me; her fees were the same as the other two attorneys
