After now speaking with multiple people I found out that he's not just taking my thousand dollars but several other peoples monies how he's not in jail I'm not sure but do not hire him because he will not help you whatsoever worst experience of my life now I have to get a public defender after I gave... him the last thousand dollars I had to my name to help defend me this guy is a crook and should be locked up and disbarred. Unbelievable though his brother is a judge in Middlesex how these people could be related is beyond me but good luck and don't hire this Thief!!!

Tot was hired and did everything to help the oppositions and nothing to help me. There were many parts to the case and he lost every single one of them, with the exception of the one where he failed to show up for court. He did everything wrong. He could not even schedule a date and of course lied se...veral times to me. He said he sent a letter to get my firearms back and they said he sent the wrong letter and should know better. I had to do that myself and schedule the case myself since he was not capable of doing it. I lost thousands of dollars because of his mistakes and lack of doing anything that he promised to do. He always takes the side of the criminal. Stay away from him at all costs. Representing yourself is a much better option. We even checked the night before and the morning of the trial to see if he would be there and were told each time that he would be there. I have to wonder why he couldn't really make it if you read some of his other reviews.

So I hired Mr TOTO for my husbands case in Middlesex County and at first I felt like he had his best interest at heart because as soon as I paid him he went to visit him at the correction center something his previous lawyer never did so because of that small detail I got blinded my husband is being ...held base on test results and possession charge the test results came back negative but he still have the minor possession charge which in many different lawyers opinion my husband should of been home Mr Toto was supposed to file a pre detention hearing for the possession and never did he kept telling us he did we called the court and they told us he file one for the wrong case so weeks go by and I keep calling him asking him if he file for the right one he tells me yes which it was a lie he basically bought time for the prosecutor so the prosecutor can create more evidence he sold out my husband because my husband is a different race and not only that lied to us multiple times telling me we had court and we didn’t I kept going to the court house for nothing wasting my time by the way I live an hour away so yes I would be furious most of the time I felt nothing but disrespect from this lawyer I wish I would of caught on to the early signs before my husband case was far too deep I feel like I’m responsible for putting my guard down I could of probably had my husband home with our son now I don’t know what will be the outcome but I will pray
