This lawyer came highly recommended. I recently hired him to represent me with my divorce case against my ex - husband. When I initially met him - He said that he would do his best to help me . That I’m in good hands . Fast forward after receiving the retainer ‘s fee , he can’t even tell me if my ex ...- spouse has been served with the subpoena.I would follow up but he would say it a process and a step . He said that my ex is difficult to be located . I gave him all the information to my knowledge. I’m sure there are other alternatives that my ex could have been served with the subpoena of my complaint . I texted him , followed up but I got no response. Not even an acknowledgment. He knew perfectly what ‘a going on . He didn’t return calls nor answered my texts about my follow up . I’m at a risk of losing everything I have worked for . I have multiple medical issues and this is a major stressor . The scariest part is not knowing what ‘is going on .I hired a divorce lawyer to help me with my predicament and situation . But he or his office barely communicated with me nor updated me regarding the status of my divorce case . THIS STRESS IS AFFECTING MY HEALTH . MY HEALTH IS FAILING AS a MERE SiMPLE CORRESPONDENCE FELL ON DEAF EARS !.

I had the worst experience he lied to me he took my money told me complete lies then he didn’t show up on time in court he came there smelling like liquor the man got me a prison sentence for driving a car after a DUI they had no proof on half of the stuff I was charged with and he pled guilty to it ...and made me sign papers I didn’t even know what I signed for he told me I was getting six months I want up getting 4 1/2 years the worst Lawyer ever he’ll show up late he’ll post pone it you’ll be sitting there for hours do not use him terrible when he came down for my sentencing he didn’t even show up he hired somebody else

Tot was hired and did everything to help the oppositions and nothing to help me. There were many parts to the case and he lost every single one of them, with the exception of the one where he failed to show up for court. He did everything wrong. He could not even schedule a date and of course lied se...veral times to me. He said he sent a letter to get my firearms back and they said he sent the wrong letter and should know better. I had to do that myself and schedule the case myself since he was not capable of doing it. I lost thousands of dollars because of his mistakes and lack of doing anything that he promised to do. He always takes the side of the criminal. Stay away from him at all costs. Representing yourself is a much better option. We even checked the night before and the morning of the trial to see if he would be there and were told each time that he would be there. I have to wonder why he couldn't really make it if you read some of his other reviews.
