After now speaking with multiple people I found out that he's not just taking my thousand dollars but several other peoples monies how he's not in jail I'm not sure but do not hire him because he will not help you whatsoever worst experience of my life now I have to get a public defender after I gave... him the last thousand dollars I had to my name to help defend me this guy is a crook and should be locked up and disbarred. Unbelievable though his brother is a judge in Middlesex how these people could be related is beyond me but good luck and don't hire this Thief!!!

Tot was hired and did everything to help the oppositions and nothing to help me. There were many parts to the case and he lost every single one of them, with the exception of the one where he failed to show up for court. He did everything wrong. He could not even schedule a date and of course lied se...veral times to me. He said he sent a letter to get my firearms back and they said he sent the wrong letter and should know better. I had to do that myself and schedule the case myself since he was not capable of doing it. I lost thousands of dollars because of his mistakes and lack of doing anything that he promised to do. He always takes the side of the criminal. Stay away from him at all costs. Representing yourself is a much better option. We even checked the night before and the morning of the trial to see if he would be there and were told each time that he would be there. I have to wonder why he couldn't really make it if you read some of his other reviews.

Hired Antonio for my case that was sent back to municipal court, from morris co. Supreme court. It was a 4 year long drawn out case. Antonio said since it was so long I need to get the transcripts fir the past 4 years. I payed him $1000 to get tbe transcripts and he never did. At closing arguments, h...e said nothing in my defense. My case in court was always at night and he always had alcohol on his breathe and face was very red. I lost my case because of him. And then he sent my appeal to tbe wrong county. Mr Toto said he would send back a check for the $1000 I paid him for the transcripts and after 3 phone calls he never did. I wouldn't recommend anyone to hire him!!!!
