Send me a list of questions that were mostly not relevant to the case. All she had to do was write a 2 page Demand Letter to company but instead spent hours asking me irrelevant questions. After I sent my responses then she lied and said she had not received my emails. Said she needed another 2 we...eks to write the letter after having had 3 weeks. Then said she couldn't write the letter that week because she was going out of town on vacation. Then called me and resigned from the case because she said she couldn't get the letter written and then sent an email to me the next day stating we had mutually agreed to the termination which was not true. I hired a new lawyer who wrote the letter the day I hired him in 1and 1/2 hours. Nancy's tactic was just to bill me meaningless hours to make money. I have filled an ethics complaint at the State Bar of Georgia because of her behavior.

I had heard horror stories from friends and family about lawyers who would charge for every single thing - conference calls, faxes, etc. But I was very happy with how efficient she was with her time and how this was tracked in the easy to understand invoices I would receive from the accounting department.
