A Committed Family Law Attorney

The most important responsibility of a parent is to protect their child (children). The second most important responsibility of a parent is to teach their child (children) principles; the best way to do this is to lead by example. Yet when faced with having to go through a divorce and/or child custo...dy that will forever change the life they once knew; a person will now need someone to protect them and/or their child (children) and to lead by example with virtues of the highest regard. It does not matter if a person is experiencing court for the very first time, or their twentieth, if they do not have someone with upstanding morals, a strong work ethic, and the knowledge of the law, at the end of the day when the judge has made a decision, a person may find none of their needs met and then on top of this, out of a lot of money. I retained Moses Yneges as my attorney in the Fall of 2012. My child custody matter was a highly emotional event, which made it difficult for me to make logical decisions. I asked a lot of questions; I voiced a lot of thoughts and concerns; and I took up a lot of Moses’ time. Despite my many questions and concerns Moses was patient; he listened to my concerns and always kept us on track. He was always respectful and poised inside and outside of the courtroom; he also displayed assertiveness, determination, and tact. I could not have made a better decision nor could I have been more blessed than to find Moses to represent me in court. I will forever be grateful for his effort because the effects it produced was in the best interest of all parties involved: myself, my ex-husband, and our child. There are no winners when it comes to Family Law; the child (children) will forever lose the picket fence each child should have in their adolescence. However, should you be unfortunate enough to find yourself in a situation where a Family Law Attorney is needed, you will find yourself fortunate to have a lawyer such as Moses Yneges by your side.
