OUTCOME: We obtained the insurance policy limits.

My client was crossing the street, in the crosswalk, when they were struck by a taxi driver that ran a red light. The driver lied to the police and said the light was green. Fortunately, the driver had ... a dash cam and the police were able to see that the driver intended to drive through a solid red light when he struck my client. My client suffered substantial injuries, including a serious head injury.
