We did land up having to go to ...court and due to my judge getting sick it was postponed, the second date came and it was continued and finally the next date come and it appears we were approved. I don't believe Kathy's review above. This is the guy who teaches disability to all the other lawyers who want to do this area of law. He is kind, generous and knows his stuff. He told me exactly what would happen in my case and it went just like he said. His staff is amazing. They probably got tired... of me calling, but they were always so nice.
