Absolute worst
After paying him upfront he refused to release court documents stating case was over and demanding more money. Court clerk happily sent me copies.

Replied last January 13, 2021This is a fake review by someone who has an axe to grind for some reason but was definitely not a client. The "alleged" facts are all wrong. First, there is never a payment required up front. Ever. Second we do not work with a court clerk in SSA matters. There is no court clerk in SSA. This is just another "anonymous" troll who has nothing better to do than to attack people who help the disabled. Sad.

Replied last March 18, 2019You won but are still mad because I was not at your hearing. I have a law firm with other attorneys working for me because the firm has been blessed with growth and you hired the Firm. I still work up every case. I still prep all my attorneys. Just because you never actually "saw me" does not mean anything regarding my work on your case. You do not physically see electricity, but you know it is working when you flip on the switch. Fine, don't recommend a winner. That is what is "incompetent" David!

bad ssi lawyer
I hired Mr.mitzer bwck in 2010 he was the worst ssi lawyer i have ever seen he dont no know how to talk to his cliants or treat his cliants eather it u need a ssi lawyer find someone else because if u dont win your case he will drop u as a cliant so dont use him if u want to get your ssi

Replied last May 25, 2015Cathy I'm not going to put any of your health information on here but the only reason I fire client is because they use drugs or won't go to the doctor and have no medical evidence. It is obvious that is you. Blaming your lawyer when you have a bad case is the same is blaming your car when you run out of gas. You're the problem not the car or the lawyer.
