Miles L. Mitzner

Mr. Mitzner took my case with only a few days to prepare due to circumstances out of anyone's control. Him and I had a brief phone call to cover any questions or concerns going into my hearing, which was scheduled the very next day. He was very informed about my case and went on to prepare me for w...hat to expect. We had not met previously but after that phone call I felt confident in his abilities. During the hearing he impressed me further with his level of detail pertaining to my case, given he had so little to time prepare and familiarize himself with it. I would and will refer him to anyone needing his services.

I don't believe Kathy's review above. This is the guy who teaches disability to all the other lawyers who want to do this area of law. He is kind, generous and knows his stuff. He told me exactly what would happen in my case and it went just like he said. His staff is amazing. They probably got tired... of me calling, but they were always so nice. I didn't know much about the social security process before I signed up, but Mr. Mitzner was able to guide me from start to finish. His staff is very helpful, and they always took the time to answer all of my annoying questions! Although I had not met Mr. Mitzner many times before my hearing, I felt ...as if we had known each other for years when I spoke with him on my court date. He is very well spoken, and I felt like I could trust him. I received a favorable decision from the judge and am currently receiving my benefits.
