Misdemeanor Offense

Miguel was great, he handled my case quickly and effectively. He is a true professional. He met me before each court hearing and discussed/went over all documents and made sure I understood everything. My case was eventually dismissed after I completed my diversion program and Miguel was always help...ful in the process. It was easy for me, all I needed to do was show up and he handled the rest, I greatly appreciate all that he did for me.

Miguel will run the extra mile

Miguel has been extremely helpful and managed to turn around what could have become a major source of trouble. He assessed the case well and put in tireless effort to have the case dismissed. Finally, he found a loop-hole (or rather a difference in two different state laws) that helped get the case c...losed.

Top Attorney In DC metropolitan area

I would absolutely recommend Mr Serrano for his excellent job I had a very difficult case in 2012 and 2014 with similar charges of assault and battery and attemp to murder . In both cases I had a favorite outcome that in both occasion s the charges were dismissed . I found that Mr Serrano is high...ly experience and very professional , but the most important of all he speak my language ( Spanish ) and it was so easy to communicate in both languages Muchas gracias Mr Serrano I would recommend Mr Serrano to anybody who will need his experience and expertise in this field

Excellent Attorney!

I had an accident caused by negligence at a District restaurant. The restaurant gave me the runaround for 6 months before I was referred to Miguel Serrano. He got me very satisfactory results within a month. His guidance was critical and his fees were reasonable. Quick to respond to emails and voicem...ails. Always kept me informed of where we were in the case. I highly recommend Miguel Serrano and if needed ever again, I will go to him immediately!

If You Are Looking For The Best Attorney, Miguel A Serrano is Your Guy

My experience with The Law Office of Miguel A. Serrano was beyond positive. All things considered, I think the outcome of my case could have been much worse. Having had a high BAC and an accident, I knew it could be really bad. Immediately, upon first meeting with Mr. Serrano, he was very quick to tr...y to calm my nerves and help me feel less disappointed in myself. Throughout the process, attorney Miguel A Serrano was amazing. Always returning phone calls within the same day and extremely knowledgeable on every subject from the pretrial hearing to my sentencing. I don't know much of what happened behind the scenes in terms of Mr. Serrano’s negotiations with the prosecutor, but I don't have any reason to believe another attorney would have had any more success. I was thrilled to have the outcome that we did and I am extremely thankful to The Miguel A. Serrano Law Firm! Truly a first class group!!!
