I won my first ammo case on the day after the Heller decision was handed down by the Supreme Court. I continue to agressively defend my clients' rights under the Second Amendment. I also serve my clients with all traffic matters in DC Superior Court.

I can aggressively defend DWI/DUI/OWI cases bcause I understand the flawed science and personnel practices behind these cases. Washington, DC, is again pursuing breath tests on which to prosecute cases, and being able to attack the basis for these machines is more important than ever.

I believe in the First Amendment and defend my clients' rights to peacefully protest. The First Amendment is the foundation of all of our other rights, and it is the responsibility of our government to guard this most sacred of our rights.
