She understood my situation, listened to my story, and though sympathetic, she provided me with all the necessary information that I needed to know and understand reg...arding my case; The charge that I was facing and why, all the evidence and paperwork from the prosecution, and she was open to discussing all the possible strategies, motions we could potentially file before trial if it came to that from the very beginning. When the prosecution made an offer, She was clear in explaining what the offer was both on the phone and on paper. She understood that I was under a lot of stress and was unable to comprehend it all and therefore she put it in writing as it is easier for me to comprehend when I am reading. Though it was a great offer, Ms. Wagner did not convince me either way. Whether I decided to take the offer or chose to go to trial, She simply stated that she would fight for me, the decision was mine. I chose the latter.
