We had hired Mrs. Austin, regarding our tenant issues. Our tenant was harassing us by lienig, he took us to the court and telling Judge that we are not cleaning after our dog, tenant sued us for $22,000.00 by not fixing tenant apartment. Mrs. Austin was able to dismissed the both cases and able to ev...acuate apartment. We would rate her 100% satisfaction of her work. Good job Mrs. Austin!!!

After reading the previous review i completely know what she's going through because the same thing happened to me. I hired Michele Austin back in 2013 and for 2 years and even to current day (JUNE 4th, 2015) she has not had the decency to return a phone call, email, schedule an appointment with me.... Do NOT use her or even pay her a penny!

I met Michele Austin in August and retained her services to file a case against my previous landlord. Since August, I've emailed Michele 4 times and called her office multiple times. While I've spoken to her secretary Jacqueline on multiple occasions, Michele has NEVER returned a single call or email.... I went up to the office at the end of September because I had not heard from her and she never apologized for her lack of communication. I will be filing a complaint with the Office of Attorney Ethics and save your time and money and find another lawyer.
