"I worked with Michael Weinstock at the Brooklyn District Attorneys office. He was not only one of the smartest and most ethical prosecutors around -- but I would frequently see him working in his tiny little office very late at night. Because he took his trial preparation so seriously, he became the trial attorney that the bureau chiefs would approach when they needed someone who was reliable. I strongly endorse him."

He has intricate knowledge of criminal law and procedure, particularly regarding DUI/DWI related matters. He is an impeccable advocate and a valuable resource in the legal community. I endorse Mr. Weinstock without equivocation."
"I’ve known Michael for more than 10 years dating back to when we were in law school. I recently observed him in State Supreme Court, and I was pleased to see the hard working young law student I knew then has transitioned into an articulate and earnest litigator. His social skills, good humor, and competence combine to make him to make an exceptional attorney, and he’s a person I call whenever I have criminal law questions, and carries my highest recommendations."
"I endorse Michael Weinstock with the highest of recommendations. He is a seasoned litigator, negotiator and advocate for his clients.
