Jeffrey Fleischmann

I met Jeffrey Fleischmann when we were adversaries working on the same case about three years ago. He was exceedingly professional and always in good spirits. We became friends and I frequently call Jeffrey when I have a question involving civil procedure. I was very impressed, but not the slighte...st bit surprised, to learn that Jeffrey recently argued a case in front of the New York Court of Appeals. He not only won the case, but the Appellate Court took the unusual step of having his opponent pay for Jeffrey’s legal work. He is an incredibly good lawyer and an exceptionally honest person.
