We attended a class offered by Pensacola State College on Wills and Trusts. Melanie was the lecturer. We were attending the class because we needed more information on, and learn the differences between, Wills and a Trust. Melanie was more than able to provide all the information we needed so we c...ould make the best decision for ourselves and our family. Once our decision was made to go with a Trust, there was NO doubt we wanted Melanie to by our legal way forward. Once we made contact with her law firm, we were immediately setup with a Pre-Trust Checklist—very user friendly—and an appointment to discuss and finalize the details with her, personally. Within a short period, we were back in her office and complete with the signings, witnessing, and notarizing of the detailed documents. The documents were thorough yet easily understandable. There was an overall feeling of great satisfaction and confidence.
