While having a review done of my financial affairs my advisor recommended that as a single parent I should really have all my legal affairs put in order. I was reluctant because of what I perceived would be a costly and extensive process. However, having a sister who had recently died suddenly, I ...knew I needed to have something in place for my teenage children.
