I was referred to Mr. Forsse and I called him this evening at 4:42 pm (his office closes at 5); however, I had to leave a voicemail since no one answered. I wasn’t expecting a call till tomorrow at the the earliest. Mr. Forsse called me the same evening at 6:11 pm, when he should be home with his fam...ily. Even though he couldn’t take my case, which I understand, (we had already had one day out of our three day trial due to a private matter on the opposing side, and it’s a complex case), he talked to me for 25 minutes and gave me a lot of useful information, especially since I could possibly be representing myself. He also gave me advise of how to possibly save a little money with finishing the trial. I would have hired him if he was able to take my case. He seems to have his clients—or non-clients best interest and understands how unfortunate these family law matters are. Since he couldn’t take my case, he could have easily ended it at that because he has no obligation to give me any advise since I’m not a client. Thanks again, Mr. Forsse!

I hired Mr Forsee for an alimony case. An ex has avoided paying since the divorce and we needed to take further action apparently. Mr Forsee doesn’t return calls, nor does he respond to your emails asking for a status update. After 2yrs of working with him and paying out thousands of dollars we’re go...ing no where with my case. If you want an attorney who actually cares about his clients I wouldn’t hire this one.

I had a 3 year nightmare I got married to a man who had a restraining order against him based on lies. The other party stalked us and made false police reports weekly. We went though the court system to get modification so we could see our kids get awards or do anything at the school since she omitte...d the fact that they went to the only high school . Attorney Foress help us with the complicated side of family law it is not as simple as people think. IF WE HAD HIRER HIM IN THE BEGINNING WE WOULD HAVE SAVED OURSELF YEARS OF PROBLEMS.I can't thank him enought then after my husband passed they were there to help me with the Guardianship of my step daughter once again I didnt know were to even start and they were there. The office staff is awsome listened to my concerns and were always there to help
