OUTCOME: The Court granted our request to move-away, giving my client primary custody of his children

My client (Father) came to me wanting to modify his child custody and visitation orders. He was living on the East Coast, but was concerned for his two children and wanted to obtain an order granting ... him primary custody. We filed a Motion for a modification of custody, including a request for move-away.
