Mary Margret Nerino

I was referred to Mary by a family member who is an attorney. Mary had a strong game plan lined up from our first call through to my court date. At trial, she made a motion to strike based on a technical point of law regarding the use of LIDAR devices in VA, and the judge granted our motion and dismissed the case. I was found not guilty. I had a case that on the surface was simple and I would most likely not have a favorable outcome. This was my first legal trouble ever and I was scared. I began searching for an attorney immediately. Due to covid, the case ended up dragging out to nearly a year and a half long. At every step of the way, I had every bit of information I could possibly need. Whether it was details on the prosecution team, the judge or any other factor in my case, Mary was on top of everything. In the end, we accepted a VERY favorable plea and I know that I would never have gotten here without her council. Its obvious the respect she has within and without the courtroom.
