I exclusively represent individuals and families in the areas of estate and long-term care planning, planning for individuals with special needs, guardianship, probate administration, Medicaid (“MassHealth”) applications and appeals, and community MassHealth benefits. In addition, I provide guidance and counsel to injured individuals and their families, as well as their trial attorneys, to maximize personal injury settlement proceeds and preserve eligibility for public benefits.
I am an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and is also a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Lawyers, Academy of Special Needs Planners, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association’s Trust and Estate New Developments Committee. I also serve on the Board of Directors of Friendship Works, a charity which provides assistance and companionship to elderly and disabled individuals in an effort to reduce social isolation amongst these groups.
I enjoy meeting with clients, discussing their lives and their families and addressing their fears and concerns. I am originally from the Berkshires and frequently visit Western Massachusetts and enjoy meeting with clients there as well as in the Boston area. I work closely with each client and take the time to understand their situation, explain the process, answer questions, and tailor a solution that best meets their individual needs.

Do not hire!
Christina has been nothing but unprofessional and unreliable. A simple case that should have been resolved quickly has turned into a complete headache. Christina ignores emails and phone calls. Worst Customer service and commonunication I have ever witnessed in any professional. Please look elsewher...
I do not regularly monitor my profile on this site and just noticed this negative review that is deeply troubling to me. I treat and communicate with clients as I would expect to be treated and how I would want any family member or friend of mine treated. I aim to provide the best legal advice and service to my clients and pride myself on returning all calls by the end of the day or first thing the next morning. I consult with colleagues on cases if I am even slightly unsure how to answer a particular question or the correct path to ensure the best possible outcome for all of my clients. I do take every case and every client’s needs personally and seriously so this review is of course upsetting.

Estate Planning
I utilized Christina's expertise to assist in estate and medical proxy planning. She was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She listened to my needs and then responded quickly with an easy - to - understand plan moving forward. I have since recommended her to my friends and family.

OUTSTANDING LAWYER
Attorney Vidoli is extremely knowledgeable of all the current laws. My husband and I had a complex situation with an elderly family member and we were very pleased with the positive results. She took the time to explain every question we had with care and compassion. We highly recommend her.
