OUTCOME: POSITIVE!

I successfully represented three families on their appeal after MassHealth denied their family member's application for benefits. In each case, the family had done advanced planning to protect assets ... by establishing an irrevocable trust, well before the state's five-year look back period. I was successful in each instance in defending the irrevocable trust and the long-term care planning steps each of the families had taken.
