Arrest

Lynne Fleming returned my initial phone call within an hour after I left a message with her office staff. She met me the following day and reassured me she could guide and help me. We met for over an hour and within that time she cafefully listened to my arrest details and she explained everything ne...eded to get me through my situation. She answered my phone calls after our initial meeting. She met me in a timely manner prior to going to court three times and coached me through everything I had to comply with. And most importantly she was kind yet firm with my case. She is an amazing person and lawyer. Alicia

Failure to appear

I contacted Lynne from Ohio. I advised that my son was on a vacation and and was arrested for an old failure to appear for a traffic violation. Lynne advised a fee to resolve and I agreed. She advised that she would work to improve the date to appear in front of the judge, work to resolve all conc...erns at the same appearance. She did improve the appearance date and all was resolved during the appearance.

Professional Service

Atty. Fleming did an awesome job representing me in my absence for a traffic infraction. She had a disadvantage as I had an order out for arrest. Thankfully, her skills, professionalism and good relations/standing with the DA's, she was able to negotiate a strike for order out and took care of my inf...raction in a speedy manner. Repesents my brother

Mrs. Fleming was quick to work us in for consultation. We decided to hire her based on her experience with criminal cases. The alledged charges that my brother is facing is gong to be a tough case to prove his innocence. I have a lot of faith with her knowledge and her work history as a criminal atto...rney, that she will prove that he is innocent of these charges. Mrs. Fleming has been very considerate of the emotional state that my family and I are going thru. Due to my stress level over my brother having his freedom taken away, and constantly thinking about his health and his safety for many months now, I have been very anxious, and sent many emails to Mrs. Fleming, knowing her work overload, she has always replied back in her busy schedule. That has helped me keep my brother, and my mother with any upcoming dates re his case. I trust Mrs. Fleming handling this case and feel that she can prove these charges are not true. Will write another review as trials occur. A seemingly caring Attorney. I would recommend her as a hired attorney. May God Bless all other families having to go thru such heartache.

Very Helpful

I was charged with no insurance, expired license, and switching tags. I was very nervous about what my fine would be and if I would have any other penalties but Ms. Fleming was very patient and calming when explaining that the judge probably wouldn't be too hard on me since I wasn't a repeat offende...r. I ended up getting my charges dismissed without prejudice. Having Ms. Fleming in court with me was a big help and it was comforting to have a professional on my side.
