About Lindsay
Biography
I’m an attorney, advisor, and entrepreneur who has spent my career working at the intersection of law, leadership, and building organizations that work better for the people inside them.
I began my career practicing law and later served in nonprofit leadership, including as Founder & CEO of VECINA, where I worked to expand access to high-quality pro bono immigration representation and support attorneys doing complex immigration work.
Today, I’m the founder of Catalyst Advisory, where I work primarily with women law firm owners who want to build profitable, well-run firms that also support the lives they want to lead. My work includes financial strategy and profitability, operations and workflow design, team development, leadership coaching, strategic planning, and fractional executive support.
I’m also the founder of FirmChief, a software platform designed to give law firm owners a clearer picture of their firms—from financial performance and profitability to cases, team performance, and business goals.
My work today is less about practicing law and more about helping lawyers build better businesses. I bring a lawyer’s analytical approach, an operator’s perspective, and firsthand experience leading organizations and navigating the challenges that come with growth.
I’m based in Austin, Texas.
