When I was contacted by a debt collector about almost $50,000 in defaulted private student loans held by National Collegiate Trust, I knew their reputation and it was only a matter of time before they sued. I truly recommend this lawyer when nobody else would help me with my situation they stood up and fought for me with a cause with sympathy and concern when others would just turn their heads and just tell me to walk away from my lawsuit that what happened to me was tragic but to live and let go. When I phoned Horizons, I was seeking coaching for a small claims case. Ms. Bigsby answered my call...after a few minutes she considered taking my case on contingency. I'm still not sure why because I have not heard anything positive from this "attorney". I presented her with information that was t...o be reviewed, it never was. After 3 months of weak demand letters (already done, i was ready to file suit) without proper research or my review...we will be parting ways.
