The Number One Choice In Attorneys

I had a very difficult case, many didn't want to work with me. Lamar was not only willing, he was extremely thorough. When an attorney tells you that they got into the business to help others, they are right if they are like Lamar. He truly wants to help and seeks the best outcome for his clients.... He is the best advocate anyone could have on their side. He fights for you and is extremely ethical, knowledgeable and honest! I can't recommend him highly enough! He is my go to person for anything I need in the future. He is not only a great attorney, he is also a great person! He truly cares about his clients. Thank you Lamar!

The Best and Easiest to Talk to.

I found Lamar K Mitchell and used him for a case that I was wrongly accused of battery. Lamar calmed me through the process and is a very honest and easy man to talk to. After a year and half in and out of court my record has been expunged. His calming and professional manner kept me in check ...during a very emotional time in my life.

Very Responsive and Trustworthy

I've used Lamar for a few matters now, including an insurance claim and a lease dispute. He is always easy to get in touch with, and is good about calling back quickly. He kept me at ease, and his understanding of the law is top-notch!

Professionalism with a personal touch!

Mr. Mitchell helped us with a legal issue about a year ago. He was sympathetic to our problems, timely with his solutions, and we left feeling unburdened and relieved. He made us feel it was never a problem to contact him with any question, and no answer he gave made us feel stupid. What a refres...hing concept; a lawyer who makes you feel like a friend. We would recommend him highly and without reservation.

Fearless!

I was referred to Mr. Lamar K Mitchell by one of his colleagues since he specializes in Federal Court litigation. Lamar set proper expectations with an option of filing suit in federal court. I was up against three power house credit reporting bureau's and a national bank. Due to Lamar's expertise ...my complaint against these Corporate giants was resolved in weeks void of any court expense. His professionalism, experience, and meticulous handling of this case proved triumphant early on. His services are invaluable.
