When I contacted Mr. McArthur to draft a will he was very friendly, prompt in his response, and within just a few days we were sitting down together ironing out all the details of the document. He was very easy to get in touch with and just as easy to talk to. He never talked down to me even though... I didn't really know what I needed with the documents. A pleasure to work with!
