i have been using Shay as my attorney for my small business. I'm a very hands off person when it comes to delegating tasks and services so I needed someone who knew what they were doing and could deliver an effective service to me with little or no effort on my part. Shay exceeded my expectations in ...this department. He is knowledgable and experienced at what he does and was able to handle my business like a pro. He is great about explaining what he's doing, why he's doing it, and how it will benefit me, his client. Another thing that is very important to me is communication. When I call or email I expect a prompt response and Shay delivered. He has always either answered my phone calls or returned then promptly if he was busy and my emails never go unanswered.
