Konny L. Sylvester

Konny and I served together on the Board of a new Women's Film Festival event in South Florida. Our Board was extremely fortunate to benefit from Konny’s impressive legal experience, her organizational expertise and polished interpersonal skills. She was instrumental in navigating a multitude of ...issues concerning legal affairs and Board accountability, despite the tight deadlines and limited resources that accompanied a first year event. Konny also showed that rare ability to both brainstorm on the spot, and articulate a concrete vision for future improvement. Her problem solving skills helped us identify specific steps to work through a cash flow shortage, enabling us to successfully accomplish our goal of launching a complex film festival with multiple sponsors, venues, events and screenings.
