Kirk Sripinyo

I hired Mr. Sripinyo after my command initiated an investigation for larceny and selling government property. After a number of months I was sent to DRB by my command, which I accepted as many thought it would be the end of the investigation and charges. This was not the case, as my command and NCI...S tried to persecute me further and further, trying any means possible to find me guilty. They formally brought charges against me in November 2015, and at the Article 32 hearing, Mr. Sripinyo won a complete victory with a preliminary hearing officer's report finding no probable cause for any of the charges, and a recommendation of no further judicial action. My command's incessant determination to continue the witch hunt proceeded with the court martial. Through the unwavering dedication of Mr. Sripinyo, he created air tight pre-trial motions that pressured the command into withdrawing and dismissing all charges in exchange for myself taking an NJP. This was an outcome that was in accordance with the goals Mr. Sripinyo and I had set, which included a dismissal of all formal charges, as well as being able to leave the military at my regular EAS date with an honorable discharge. I truly believe that without Mr. Sripinyo, my command would have continued to bend and abuse the military justice system in order to prosecute me. Not only did his efforts prevent this, but will allow me to continue my endeavors in life unaffected by these now dismissed charges. I would highly recommend Mr. Sripinyo, as he was highly professional, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond the normal parameters to help his clients. He never made a promise he didn't know for sure he could keep, but at the end of the day he didn't need to, as all our objectives were met or surpassed.
