I have been frantically calling lawyers in the treasure valley area. This is my first time in a serious legal case. I was misrepresented and taken advantage of monetarily by my previous representation. Kevin was the ONLY lawyer that could answer all of my questions, give me advice and actually get me... to understand what is happening in my case. He did this for free. There are lawyers that will take advantage of you in the valley and Kevin is definitely not one of them. He knows what he is doing and I highly recommend him

I was referred to Kevin through the Idaho State Bar Lawyer Referral Service. We met for a 30 minute consultation and during that meeting, Kevin listened intently to me and reviewed my documentation and photos. I felt respected and unrushed. Kevin asked to review my materials overnight. He contact...ed me the next day to say that he would be happy to represent me and felt that I had a winnable case. That was a relief. Kevin explained all my options, including representing myself in Small Claims Court. This is the path I chose to pursue due to financial constraints.
