Johnathan Richard Baldauf

On Friday, Mar 25, I contacted Johnathan Baldauf via email and specifically mentioned I received a speeding ticket in Twin Falls. I even sent him a copy of the ticket. After providing him with all the information he needed, on Wednesday Mar 30, he finally said "he has everything he needs" and now... 6 days later late in the afternoon, exactly the day the court/hearing was scheduled in the morning, he emailed me saying "he doesn't have the time to handle something like this in Twin Falls". Totally, ruined my chance to be able to defend my case. How cruel.

I contacted Johnathan Baldauf to represent me in a resent custody case. John made me feel welcomed the first moment I stepped into his office. The biggest thing John wanted to insure was that I understood everything that was going on in my case, such as the legality, as well as courtroom procedu...res. John was able to take information I provided and explain to me, in detail, how this information was relevant or irrelevant in court. John was always a call and or email away. At any time that Jonathan did not answer my phone calls he was quick to respond via text stating that he would call me back as soon as possible and Jonathan did in fact call me back each and every time. John ensured that I always had options in every situation. He never came to me and stated this is your only option or this is what we can do. Jonathan always ensured that there were multiple ways of achieving our goals and just that some routes were longer and harder. Initially all the decision-making was left up to me and every decision I made Jonathan was in full support. I was never given short answers or answers that I wanted to hear. Johnathan answered by questions with truth even when he knew the answer was something I did not want to hear. John never left anything to chance. He was constantly checking and rechecking information that I had provided to him and if he had questions or felt that something more was needed he did not hesitate to contact me immediately. During stressful situations I would reach out to Jonathan for legal advice. The very first questions that he would often ask me in these situations was, "Is your child okay?". "Is your child safe?". Knowing that my child's safety was a top priority to my attorney help calm me down in stressful situations. I only wish that I had contacted Johnathan baldauf sooner to represent me in my custody case.
